Highest Level Of Training Our officers are tested every 60 days by our training coordinators, to insure the highest possible level of knowledge and professionalism. As law and security techniques are ever changing, we evolve our training program to be the best. Our officers must be the best in the industry, so that we may assure our clients that they are being serviced by the best. Continued Training Most recruits are required to complete their side-handle baton, pepper spray, and CPR/First Aid from a State Of California licensed training program within the first 90 days. In addition, supervisory candidates must complete a gun certification and patrol procedure program.
